1. The Booking
Taj Voyages Tour (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) accepts bookings subject to these terms and conditions, which constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
The contract shall be deemed concluded in Agra, India and governed by Indian law.
Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Agra, India.
2. Prices & Availability
Prices and services are correct at the time of publication but subject to change.
The Company may revise prices due to tariffs, entry fees, or exchange rate fluctuations.
3. Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
Full payment must be made 30 days prior to departure.
Bookings within 30 days require full immediate payment.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
30–60 days prior to arrival: 10% cancellation charge.
16–29 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation charge.
Up to 15 days prior or No-Show: No refund.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Passports & Visas
Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
Passports must contain at least 3–4 blank pages.
6. Insurance
Comprehensive travel and medical insurance including evacuation is mandatory.
7. Risk & Responsibility
All tours involve inherent risks. The Company is not liable for injury, loss, or damage.
8. Photos & Marketing
You consent to the use of photographs taken during the tour for promotional purposes.
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or changes due to events beyond its control.
